With years of expertise developing residential complex, Citra Fajar Golf was marketed on the same year with 90% of residential and land lot sold. 2006 the management saw an opportunity in the Small Medium Enterprises that requires a proper area and infrastructure to enhance their image and products and thus SAFE ‘n’ LOCK Eco Industrial Park Sidoarjo was born to accommodate this vacant space and in 2009 SAFE ‘n’ LOCK welcomes its first major factory construction that spans over 25,000m².
