PT. Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk (IDX:AMAN) was instituted in 1996 with its focus on real estate development. With years of expertise developing residential complex, Citra Fajar Golf was marketed on the same year with 90% of residential and land lot sold. 2006 the management saw an opportunity in the Small Medium Enterprises that requires a proper area and infrastructure to enhance their image and products and thus SAFE’n’LOCK Eco Industrial Park Sidoarjo was born to accommodate this vacant space and in 2009 SAFE’n’LOCK welcomes its first major factory construction that spans over 25,000m².
Over the years, SAFE’n’LOCK has over 450 tenanted buildings from 360 sqm to 50.000 sqm, both local and international investors and with these success, PT. Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk decided to expand its portfolio into hospitality through its entity PT. Makmur Berkah Amanda Hotel. In 2018, our entity appointed Marriott International to manage our first hotel in Ubud, Bali and established Element by Westin Bali, Ubud, a first Element Brand to operate in Indonesia that has since grown into travelers’ preferred choice of accommodation.

TAKE A STEP BACK THROUGH OUR HISTORY
The Citra Fajar Golf is the Company’s first real estate product, located on Jl. Sekawan Permai, Gebang, Sidoarjo, East Java. The Citra Fajar Golf Housing Complex began to be developed in 1996 and has been on the market since 1996. The Citra Fajar Golf Housing Complex consists of 8 blocks, namely (i) Alam Tirta 1000; (ii) Alam Tirta 2000; (iii) Alam Tirta 3000; (iv) Alam Tirta 5000; (v) Alam Tirta 6000; (vi) Alam Tirta 7000; (vii) Alam Tirta Wangi; (viii) Alam Tirta Sari; and (ix) East Palu. To date, most of the Citra Fajar Golf Housing Complex has been sold 90%.
From a humble beginning of just 20 hectares of land, SAFE ‘n’ LOCK warehouse and industrial complex has now grown into one of the top warehouse and industrial complex in Sidoarjo, East Java. Our masterplan is 583 hectares for future development of land with 262 hectares existing area and has gained the trust of more than 400 tenants multinational logistic companies. With years of consistency and hard work, SAFE ‘n’ LOCK was awarded the Object Vital Nasional Indonesia (OVNI) by the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018
In 2018, SAFE ‘n’ LOCK developed a modern warehousing facility by designing a Logistic warehouse for efficient storage, management, and distribution of goods. Strategically located in Sidoarjo, close to the toll road, port, and airport, this area supports fast, safe, and integrated logistics operations.

The presence of the Halal Industry is expected to be the backbone of future business, this is considered very important because Indonesia has the largest Muslim pupolation in the world.
PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk’s (MBA) expansion plan demonstrates a highly aggressive and intelligent diversification strategy. By entering the hospitality sector, they are no longer solely dependent on the cyclical manufacturing industry but are also capturing opportunities from the tourism and business travel sectors.
The opening of Four Points by Sheraton Pontianak in November 2025 marks a significant milestone for MBA.
